Driver/customer safety

Drivers will adhere to customers Covid 19 guidelines when delivering to their premises.

Drivers will wear facemasks and gloves.

Hand gel is carried in all vehicles.

Paperless delivery notes are used- no signature required.

All vehicles are steam cleaned on return to site each night and hand held devices sanitised daily.

On Site

Staff will be wearing the appropriate PPE

Hand sanitising stations are provided for all visitors to the site

Regular sanitising is carried out of all touch points on site

Staff operate in different work bubbles with separate toilet and canteen facilities.

Staff are required to take their temperature when arriving for work and wear facemasks when leaving their work station.

Meetings are conducted via zoom/Teams where possible to limit visitors to site.

Risk assessments are available for viewing.

Additional signage regarding Covid guidance is in place.
